I've been a loyal customer of The Parlor for years, and my recent haircut experience was just as outstanding as ever. Hands down the best haircut I've ever gotten. I went in with 2 requirements for Lindsay 1.. I need to be able to put it in a ponytail for yoga and 2. I want it a lot shorter. The rest I left up to Lindsay and she totally nailed it. She even did the whole cut with a straight razor to keep the edges softer and I'm head over heels in love with my new do!

Francesca is awesome. I just had my third appointment with her and have been happy every time. She really takes the time to get to know you and figure out what exactly you like. She can also improvise if you aren't sure what you want like myself. Highly recommend her to any guy in the Baltimore area.

WARNING, DO NOT GET HAIR EXTENSIONS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR HAIR!!! I had posted a positive review for this place when I first got my extensions in, but after I went back to get them removed and replaced (moved up), I experienced the WORST NIGHTMARE with my hair. First off, I saw Lindsay when I was considering hair extensions, I went to her to get a consult and see if it's gonna be a good fit. She convinced me that it was, and seemed like she knew what she was doing. She worked out a deal for me that included the extensions, install, remove, wash and re-tape. Which was ALL PREPAID. I was happy with the initial install, but when I went to get them moved up, she tried to charge me another $900!!!! If I didn't have her text message to prove the original pricing that we had agreed on, she was ready to rip me off!! Second, the way she removed them and got them installed, she did it completely WRONG. 2 weeks after the reinstall, the extensions were breaking off the glue and coming out of my head in pieces, leaving GLUE IN MY HAIR!!!! It was a disaster. And she tried to blame it on my maintenance, and said a product, which she sold to me at the initial install of the hair was causing the extensions to break off as opposed to her totally ignorant way of reinstalling the extensions. I paid $900 for hair that I was supposed to reuse at least 3 times and she completely ruined it!! It was perfectly great before she removed it and retapped it. Since then, I tried to make sure that I didn't do anything wrong so I wouldn't be unfair to her. So I visited 4 different certified hotheads extensions technicians, told them all the details, and showed them every product I have used on the extensions, and they all told me that no product could have ever caused this issue. And the only reason why they would come off this way is if the install was done incorrectly!!! I LOST SO MUCH OF MY HAIR JUST TO GET THE GLUE OUT!! My hair has been damaged to the point that will need at least a year to grow back out. I WAS CRYING EVERY TIME I LOOKED AT MY HAIR. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING. And in return, I get EXTREMELY RUDE response when I ask for a refund. She was completely unwilling to issue any sort of refund for these damages. And since she is the business owner, there's no one else that can help me get my money back. Luckily, I work at a law firm and I will be able to take her to court to fix this damage. I have attached some pictures of the extensions for you to see what this NIGHTMARE looks like. Sorry for making this long, I just feel like if you're considering this place you should know this information.

I am very pleased with Emily's expertise, and I always leave feeling happy! She takes such good care of me and really listens to what I like. I also respect her opinion of what looks good on me!
